Jasper National Park

We are spending the Easter weekend at Jasper National Park. The Jasper Park Lodge has a family Easter weekend and we thought it would be a great way to spend the holiday as a family. Tim took the older kids skiing today (and tomorrow) and Lilah and I have been taking in the many activities here.

Last night, we had supper and there was a band playing kids music. A magician made his way around to the tables to do magic tricks and the maids stopped by after our dip in the outdoor heated pool to drop off some stuffed bunnies for the kids.

This morning, after Tim and the kids headed to the hill, Lilah and I went to decorate eggs. We went for a long walk around the lake and then stopped at the lounge for some soup.

After her nap we will head for some pool time and then wait for the rest of our family to get back for the Easter feast.

We love being in the mountains! How lucky are we that we live so close?! We don't do this enough...
