Lilah and Zoe
She really is this sweet! Her english continues to come along, she says a few full sentences out of the blue now. Her favorite is "Lilah hurt me."
Her tantrums are lessening, as she realizes that they get her no where and as she understands what we are saying more and more.
She is learning to pray daily and can almost say her entire night time prayer on her own.
She is still a complete little goof ball. She is such a happy child and runs around laughing and full of joy.
She hasn't really attached to anything, other than us... but I guess that is okay! She is super attached to me (and me to her!) and she showers me with constant kisses and hugs.
They really do get along very well, most of the time. Like typical siblings do. One is still very passive and one is still somewhat aggressive at times, one likes to get the other into trouble by annoying her, and the other one pushes back when needed. That is how it works in our house anyway.
One is very affectionate and the other one loves receiving affection.
This one has adjusted to all the changes really well. She is still having far more issues than her sister is, even though she has improved by leaps and bounds in many ways. These issues stemming from her adoption in general, but that is a whole different post and I am not ready to go there yet.
We are working on some big stuff right now, trying to figure out what will work and how to make things work better. It is all day by day and we are regressing her in some areas once again.
We have faith that God will show us how to help her heal from past traumas and how to grow into the amazing little person that He intended her to become.
