Suture's Removed

Day 3 surgery

Day 5 Surgery

DSC_0004

Today, Lilah had a little OR to remove all of her sutures. We can see her eye opening up and looking better every day. It will take about 6 - 8 weeks to see how it will look completely healed. Other than the scarring from the sutures, which will take a bit longer to fade.

She is looking better each and every day. Lilah is a brave little girl.

I am always amazed at how dramatic the changes are in just a days time for healing. When I look at Mary's photos, from day 12 to Day 13, it is unreal the overnight difference. Will you need to massage the scars (after it has healed) to help reduce the scarring?

Amazing the transformation! We were out of town last week so I missed her surgery date but I'm caught up now. I'm so happy to hear it went well overall. Unexpected surprise but went well. She was and is beautiful exactly the way God made her. Praying things continue to go well. xoxo from TN-USA

Hi! Im from spain and I read about your adoption in an orphan's wish. Your girls, and all your children, are very cute. We are seven siblings but I would love have another sister or brother who needs the love of a family :) I think your love for them is so precious. Blessings in Christ love, JIreh
